Marc Bertrand

Marc Bertrand has been a producer in the NFB’s French Animation Studio since 1998, and has more than 100 productions to his credit, including several award-winners.

His productions include major films such as Theodore Ushev’s Blind Vaysha (2016), which won the Jury Prize and Junior Jury Prize at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival, and was nominated for an Oscar® in 2017. In 2019, Marc completed the productions No Objects, by Moïa Jobin-Paré, The Physics of Sorrow, by Theodore Ushev,  La liste des choses qui existent, by graphic novelists Iris and Cathon, Le mal du siècle, by Catherine Lepage, and Altötting, the latest from Andreas Hykade.
