Teri Snelgrove
Teri Snelgrove is a producer at the National Film Board of Canada’s Western Canada Studio. Most recently, she produced the short docs, Saturday (Jessica Hall), and My Knitting Circle (Alexandra Knowles), the feature docs In the Room (Brishkay Ahmed), and WaaPaKe (Tomorrow) (Jules Arita Koostachin). She also produced the animated shorts After Us (Wahid Ibn Reza) and Two Apples (Bahram Javahery). With Shirley Vercruysse, Teri is currently producing The Flight (Soran Mardookhi). She is the co-producer on Lyana Patrick’s feature doc, Nechako and she has a number of other excellent documentary projects heading into production including Joella Cabalu’s Nakabingwit: First Comes Love, and Layla Cameron’s Baby Weight. Teri is a Newfoundlander, and a graduate of the film/video program at Emily Carr University. She holds a master’s degree from the GLS program at Simon Fraser University. She loves her job.
